ISDB-T TV card allows users to record, watch free-to-air digital TV programs

Taiwan – VideoHome Technology Co. Ltd’s DTVcarnival is an ISDB-T TV card that allows Brazil users to record and watch free-to-air digital TV programs. The digital TV tuner supports one-segment UHF reception at an unbalanced 50ohm input and operates within 473.143MHz to 803.143MHz. It uses 1/4 or 1/8 interval in mode 2; or 1/4, 1/8, and 1/16 interval in mode 3. Its interleave is 2, 4 and 8 in mode 2; and 1, 2 and 4 in mode 3. Encoding rates are 1/2, 2/3 in QPSK and 1/2 in 16QAM. Power consumption is less than 1.3W.

The ISDB-T TV card comes in a PCI board type design. It allows TV window display scaling, original/free/4:3/16:9 screen ratio, channel list import/export, brightness/color/contrast adjustment and pause/fast forward/rewind during playback.
